Ryan Ahern, MBA,
Vice President for Correctional Pharmacy Services, Maxor National Pharmacy Services
With over ten years experience in management and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dallas, Ryan efficiently identifies strategic initiatives and leads the correctional pharmacy services division to ensure achievement of its objectives. He is responsible for the short- and long-term financial and operational goals for the correctional pharmacy services division of Maxor. He is the liaison for new and existing business with clients and is committed to consistently provide superior client service and “best value” pricing. To deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction, with the assistance of the Maxor team, Ryan ensures that Maxor Correctional Pharmacy Service remains focused on and committed to maintaining our quality, service, technology and experience.

Deleca Reynolds-Barnes, Pharm.D. C.G.P., CCHP, Director of Pharmacy
Since 1993, Dr. Reynolds-Barnes has implemented clinical pharmacy programs that focus on the cost- effective utilization of pharmaceuticals. Prior to her current role, she served as an ambulatory care clinical practitioner, a geriatric consultant pharmacist as well as the Director of Pharmacy Services for a t
wo-hospital system. Her experience gives her the ability to understand the importance of merging both clinical and financial outcomes in the care of patients.

Frank Taylor, Director of Operations
Mr. Taylor is a seasoned professional with 30 years of operational and financial experience. He is responsible for the day-to-day processing of orders, monitoring quality, managing on-time delivery of services to our clients, and identifying and implementing technology solutions. He is accountable for the direction and oversight of the order processing and distribution components. His team is responsible for delivering superior and timely services to our clients.

John Taylor, D. PH, Corporate Compliance Manager
Mr. Taylor has over 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with 9 years exclusive experience in correctional pharmacy. He is responsible for multiple facets of licensure and regulatory compliance. In addition, Mr. Taylor serves on the corporate P&T committee and coordinates the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting schedules for over 100 facilities. Mr. Taylor has held leadership positions with various organizations including President of the Long Term Care Committee and the Practice Preservation Fund of the Tennessee Society of Pharmacists.

Rich Vigneault, RPh, Regional Manager, Client Services
Mr. Vigneault has worked in the correctional pharmacy industry since 1992. He provides oversight and support for our operations in the eastern United States. Mr. Vigneault works closely with current sites and new start-ups to consistently and comprehensively meet the objectives of our clients.

Harold Nichols, D.Ph., Regional Manager, Client Services
Harold has 13 years experience in the correctional pharmacy industry. He works directly with clients throughout the United States to consistently and comprehensively meet the objectives of our clients. He is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of pharmacy services for new clients. He assesses facility needs, manages the implementation of new accounts, provides on-site pharmacy in-service training, and secures local pharmacies as emergency back-up providers.
