Home Infusion Pharmacist
IVSolutions is currently seeking an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist for its Lubbock, TX pharmacy. This position is responsible for:

1. patient care in the alternate site setting directly related to the dispensing and admixture of medications, fluids, Total Parenteral Nutrition and other appropriate I.V. therapy as ordered by the physician,

2. to provide patient education with relation to medications, provided equipment and processes for administration of the therapy, and

3. to verify and assist physicians with medication selection, formula preparations, dosage calculations as well as maintaining accurate dispensing records and patient records for each patient that is cared for by the pharmacy.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited college of pharmacy with a license to practice in the state of TX. One year of IV compounding experience preferred.

The hours are Monday -Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with rotating, compensated weekend call.
