Customer Service Call Center Reps - Amarillo, TX
Are you an experienced Customer Service Rep who is tired of the ordinary? Why not be Extraordinary with Maxor? We are currently seeking Full-time Customer Service Reps who aspire to excel in their roles by offering the best customer service in helping members and/or pharmacy personnel with their pharmacy-related questions. Requirements include, but are not limited to, a minimum of one-year of call center experience, strong customer service skills, and the desire to deliver outstanding customer service. Hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.- 7 p.m., with some rotating weekends and some holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas). When a weekend is worked, time off during the normal work week is granted and double time (holiday pay) is paid when a holiday is worked.

Software Developer/Analyst - Amarillo, TX
Exciting new opening for an experienced Software Developer/Analyst at Maxor. The candidate must be able to work in a corporate setting where timelines are fluid; must be able to be productive during down times and at ease in a fast paced environment; able to handle their work and the people reliant on them with a professional manner.
Position Essential Functions: This role will perform data analysis and technical support on existing system(s), and provide design and hands-on coding in VB.net/C#.net on mid to large scale projects. Work with Business Analysts to understand application requirement. Document design solutions and implement according to the design. Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical design.
Installation Tech Fremont, CA
PickPoint, located in Fremont, CA, is currently seeking an experienced Installation Tech to join its Pharmacy Technology Solutions organization. The Installation Tech is responsible for building, installing, servicing, moving, and expanding company products at customer locations, as well as training customers on the products’ use. Other responsibilities include on-call assignments, repair and service computer hardware and software. Requirements include excellent networking and computer skills; ability to troubleshoot and repair customer hardware and software; the ability to travel frequently; the ability to work and solve problems independently and without supervision, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or work related equivalent. One year experience in troubleshooting or hardware repair experience.
