Customer Service Rep - Amarillo, Texas
Customer Service Rep – Amarillo, TX Are you looking for a career and not another dead end job? Is the customer your first priority? Main responsibilities include answering in-bound calls assisting members, physician offices, and/or pharmacies with a wide variety of pharmacy-related issues. One year of call center experience is required along with the ability to work in a busy call center environment, the ability to provide excellent communication, and a proficiency in Microsoft Office. Shift is 10am-7pm Monday through Friday. One rotating weekend shift required per month. Must be able to work some holidays (except Christmas and Thanksgiving). Bilingual skills a plus. This position is responsible for overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders.
