Government notices Current positionsCustomer Service Rep - Amarillo, Texas Customer Service Rep – Amarillo, TX Are you looking for a career and not another dead end job? Is the customer your first priority? If so, Maxor has an awesome opportunity for a Customer Service Rep in our Call Center in downtown Amarillo. Main responsibilities include answering in-bound calls assisting members, physician offices, and/or pharmacies with a wide variety of pharmacy-related issues. One year of call center experience is required along with the ability to work in a busy call center environment, the ability to provide excellent communication, and a proficiency in Microsoft Office. Shift is 10am-7pm Monday through Friday. One rotating weekend shift required per month. Must be able to work some holidays (except Christmas and Thanksgiving). Bilingual skills a plus. Medicial Insurance Specialist - Amarillo, Texas IVSolutions of Amarillo is currently accepting applications for an experienced Medical Insurance Specialist in its patient accounting area. This position is responsible for working with payers to resolve issues and facilitate prompt payment of claims. Thorough knowledge and understanding of patient billing, claims submission, and payer specific requirements is a must. Specialty Pharmacy Tech - Miami, Fl A new, hospital-based Specialty pharmacy is hiring a compassionate, customer service oriented Specialty Pharmacy Technician in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders. This includes verifying/re-verifying insurance benefits; translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system; communicating and collecting copay amounts; obtaining authorizations/reauthorizations; and screening, identifying, resolving or deferring orders that have accounts receivable or clinical problems. This individual works with both internal and external customers to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner and meet all financial and clinical requirements prior to fulfillment. Independent thinking and decision-making is required.
