Customer Service Rep  - Amarillo, Texas

Customer Service Rep – Amarillo, TX Are you looking for a career and not another dead end job? Is the customer your first priority? If so, Maxor has an awesome opportunity for a Customer Service Rep in our Call Center in downtown Amarillo. Main responsibilities include answering in-bound calls assisting members, physician offices, and/or pharmacies with a wide variety of pharmacy-related issues. One year of call center experience is required along with the ability to work in a busy call center environment, the ability to provide excellent communication, and a proficiency in Microsoft Office. Shift is 10am-7pm Monday through Friday. One rotating weekend shift required per month. Must be able to work some holidays (except Christmas and Thanksgiving). Bilingual skills a plus. Payroll Coordinator - Amarillo, Texas

Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and processing of complex and professional bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees. Requires 2-3 years automated payroll processing experience, above average organizational and communication skills and prior bookkeeping experience. Multi-state payroll experience is highly preferred. Medicial Insurance Specialist - Amarillo, Texas

IVSolutions of Amarillo is currently accepting applications for an experienced Medical Insurance Specialist in its patient accounting area. This position is responsible for working with payers to resolve issues and facilitate prompt payment of claims. Thorough knowledge and understanding of patient billing, claims submission, and payer specific requirements is a must. Primary focus of this position is the resolution of insurance processing errors and denials by identifying and resolving any and all outstanding issues preventing claim resolution.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years relevant experience with a proven track record of success in billing, reimbursement and follow up
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance plans, member eligibility, and medical billing
  • Strong background in claims processing and reimbursement
  • Understanding of CPT, ICD-9, UB, HCFA, and other terminologies

Software Developer/Analyst - Amarillo, Texas

Exciting new opening for an experienced Software Developer/Analyst at Maxor. The candidate must be able to work in a corporate setting where timelines are fluid; must be able to be productive during down times and at ease in a fast paced environment; able to handle their work and the people reliant on them with a professional manner.

Position Essential Functions: This role will perform data analysis and technical support on existing system(s), and provide design and hands-on coding in VB.net/C#.net on mid to large scale projects. Work with Business Analysts to understand application requirement. Document design solutions and implement according to the design. Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical design.

Position Qualifications: Computer science, or relate degree, from an accredited college or university. 4+ years of experience in software development (.Net VB, C#.net, Delphi). 3+ years’ experience working with MS SQL Server Databases and Stored Procedures (SQL 2005 or 2008 preferred). Understanding of Web Standards (HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, XSL, JavaScript, Web Services, REST). Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile preferred). Strong Object Oriented design and development skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast paced team environment.

System Analyst - Amarillo, Tx

Pharmacy Tech - Whitman Walker

Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation is seeking compassionate, customer service oriented Per Diem pharmacy techs for its clinic-based pharmacy located within the Whitman - Walker Clinic at the Elizabeth Taylor Medical Center in WA DC.

Shifts are available during our hours of operation during Monday from 9am-8pm and Tuesday-Friday from 9 am - 6 pm.

Specialty Pharmacy Tech - Miami, Fl

A new, hospital-based Specialty pharmacy is hiring a compassionate, customer service oriented Specialty Pharmacy Technician in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders. This includes verifying/re-verifying insurance benefits; translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system; communicating and collecting copay amounts; obtaining authorizations/reauthorizations; and screening, identifying, resolving or deferring orders that have accounts receivable or clinical problems.
