Order refills for mail order and retail prescriptions


Effective January 1, 2009, El Paso County members should call the Walgreens Customer Care Center to assist with questions pertaining to drug coverages/exclusions, find a participating pharmacy, verify copayments, etc. by calling 1-800-207-2568, 24 hours/7 days a week or visit the Walgreens' website at www.mywhi.com. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER REFILLS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE."

You have several options for ordering prescription refills:

  • Order refills online
  • Order refills by calling our automated refill line at (800) 573-6214.
  • Order refills by mailing in your refill request to the Pharmacy. Click here for a printable mail order form.
  • Order refills in person at the El Paso County Pharmacy, located at 27 E. Vermijo on the lower level of the County building; or at the County - City Employee Pharmacy East, located at 5850 Championship View.

Pick up your prescriptions at the Pharmacy Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, OR

Have your prescriptions mailed to your home or sent to you through inter-office mail.
