Request new prescriptions

Follow these easy steps for requesting a new prescription from Maxor Pharmacies:

1. If your doctor will fax the new prescription to us, please have your doctor fax the prescription to the following fax number: 1.866.589.7656
2. Your doctor may not authorize faxing of a prescription if he has already written one out. Please bring the written prescription order to your LOCAL MAXOR to be filled if you'd like to pick it up.
