Request new prescriptions

Follow these easy steps for requesting a new prescription from Maxor Pharmacies:

  • 1. If your doctor will fax the new prescription to us, please have your doctor fax the prescription to the following fax number: 1.866.589.7656
  • 2. Your doctor may not authorize faxing of a prescription if he has already written one out. Please bring the written prescription order to your LOCAL MAXOR to be filled if you'd like to pick it up.

Maxor expands prison pharmacy services - Effective May 1, 2007, Maxor has completed the acquisition of the assets of Secure Pharmacy Plus, a Tennessee-based correctional pharmacy company from America Service Group, Inc. In addition, Maxor has entered into a long-term pharmacy services agreement pursuant to which it will become the provider of pharmaceutical and medical supplies to Prison Health Services, Inc. (PHS), American Service Group's primary operating subsidiary.

Secure Pharmacy Plus will now operate under Maxor Correctional Pharmacy Services.

Maxor's goal is to provide enhanced services to all existing customers, and we look forward to serving you.
