March 31, 2011: MAXOR NATIONAL PHARMACY SERVICES CORPORATION ACQUIRES PICKPOINT CORPORATION -- Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation (Maxor) and the PickPoint Corporation (PickPoint), a California company headquartered in Pleasanton, California, announced today the completion of a transaction which results in the acquisition of PickPoint by Maxor. May 18, 2009: MaxorPlus Receives Full Accreditation from URAC -- Effective January 1, 2009, MaxorPlus received full accreditation from URAC (originally, Utilization Review Accreditation Commission) for Pharmacy Benefit Management services. The independent, nonprofit organization leads the industry in certification programs as a trusted resource for evaluating and monitoring safety, effectiveness, and quality of organizations. December 16, 2008: WHITMAN-WALKER CLINIC ANNOUNCES 2009 CHANGES TO RESPOND TO HISTORIC ECONOMIC DOWNTURN -- Whitman-Walker Clinic announced today that the deteriorating state of the economy will force it to close or outsource some programs and lay off up to 45 employees by the end of the first quarter of 2009. December 17 , 2007: RECEIVER’S PHARMACY CLEAN UP SHOWS PROGRESS -- Two contract pharmacists were arraigned today in Fresno County Superior Court on charges that they embezzled approximately $1 million from the State of California in connection with their conduct while working at Pleasant Valley State Prison (PVSP) in Coalinga. September 27 , 2007: MEDICAL CARE GAINS AT PRISONS -- Saying there is still much work to be done, court-appointed receiver Robert Sillen said Wednesday he is making some progress in overhauling the state's prison medical care system. Sillen laid out a detailed account of the current system-wide initiatives as well as several pilot projects at individual prisons undertaken to bring prison medical care up to constitutional standards in a report to U.S. District Court Judge Thelton E.
