Jordan Dods

As Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Jordan is responsible for driving growth opportunities and value creation across the business.

Jordan has more than 11 years of experience leading teams to develop creative, actionable solutions and then execute plans that deliver results with an emphasis on profitably driving growth in multi-site healthcare and traditional retail through both M&A & same store sales. 

Prior to Maxor, Jordan led M&A, integrations, and strategy at Great Lakes Dental Partners (a Shore Capital Partners portfolio company). Previously, he spent 8 years at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant. He also served as a high school chemistry teacher through Teach for America.

Jordan earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Virginia and received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
